• As a consumer, you have the right to return products purchased in our online store within 14 days of receiving the order – without giving any reason.

  • To make a return, simply send us a clear statement (by e-mail or letter) that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can also use the withdrawal form available on our website, but this is not required.

  • After submitting the withdrawal, please return the product within 14 days to our warehouse address:

  • The cost of returning the product is covered by the customer.

  • We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement – using the same payment method you selected when placing the order. If you paid on delivery, please provide us with your bank account number for the refund.

  • Returned products should be in unchanged condition. If a product has been used in a way that reduces its value, we may deduct this from the refund amount.

  • Please note that returns are not possible for:

    • products with a short shelf life,

    • products delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned once opened (for health or hygiene reasons),

    • products that, due to their nature, cannot be separated after delivery (e.g. items permanently combined with other goods).
